Scarry problem

I had very unplesant "bug". In the very moment I downloaded the instalation file my PC started to lag seriously, windows explorer "not responded" every two minutes and what's more I could not delete it without special programmes.
Have there been some responds to such a problems before?

The installer is quite big, so if you have a background-scanning virus program it might hang up.
From which source did you start the download?

Then you may want to download it using torrent, the links are on the teams homepage. utorrent is a fine and small torrent client, if you haven't already one installed.

What? Seems on your system is something deeply wrong. Could you post your system specs and OS?
Do you have enough space on your HD?

Some anti-virus programs have a scan on all used files, if you use one of them try to disable it while downloading. Maybe you want to change you browser.
