Rename Unit?

I thought I read you could rt clik on a unit card and rename it. I have tried this with no luck. Can it be done?

Yes it can. Right click on the unit card when on the campaign map, say it's a unit of line infantry, you'll see where it reads "1st Regiment of Foot" click on that and delete what's there and put in whatever you'd like. It works the same way to rename ships.

For instance playing as the US right now, the line infantry I have accompanying my marines over seas I've renamed to "1st Maritime Infantry" four units worth, so 1st through 4th.
