Buildings Missing?

Was playing around as Pergamon last night, and I realized that Pergamon does not have a building that lets them build ballistas or catapults. Is this intentional?

Of course they do. The last level of their barracks (level 5)

Well, for one, the only military building I see for Pergamon is the colonial buildings. In the city of Pergamon, those are all maxed out, and still catapults and the like cannot be built.

Read the building description for the 'Military Training' building and you will see what is required for the next building to be built.

Ah, you know what it is? You need the Supply of Army Rations building; it doesn't say it in the Requirement tab part, but in the description of the building itself.
