    Default A question about RTW

Ok, so, I got modding Medieval II down pat(at least with changing values, which is all I wanted) now I'm wondering what's different here?

I went my my Rome directory and saw no tools.

Most simple modding (editing of unit information, availability, etc) is done with the .txt files. Anything more complicated, and I suggest you go over to the dedicated modders subforum and ask them about it.
I beat back their first attack with ease. Properly employed, E's can be very deadly, deadlier even than P's and Z's, though they're not as lethal as Paula Abdul or Right Said Fred.

Since changing values is all you wanted - no need for tools - everything like Entropy Judge
already said can be done in .txt files.

Still your best bet would be to go to the modders forum.
