Frequency Out of Range

I get a Frequency out of Range error when i try to open RTW with SPQR 7.0. This has never happened before, and my video card is as cool as a witch's tit. In addition, I've tried to open it while overclocking and not, both require a reboot to remove the error message.

This is odd, seeing as i play many modern games with presumably higher refresh rates. Any ways to lower it?

Try playing the game in windowed mode, this allows other resolutions and refreshrates than normal

Change the resolution in the preferences before start your game, it's for your monitor, not the video card.

Exactly, this refers to the Hz frequency of your monitor. happened to me before when some game tried to roll it over 120 ^^

Either your monitor or Video card are going, I suggest replacement.
