greetings, new here due to the recent release of the mac version.

question: I'm trying to make all the factions (minus the senate and slaves) playable, but it won't let me save the file. any ideas?

also, any suggestions on mac compatible mods?

Depends. It appears that the file is 'read' only. Which is a big part of why people are having issues with mods. However, for mod installation, you can read here (Post 177) and here. As these two threads contain the most info on the current mac mod situation.

Or... you could just open Rome, and when it gives that 'Options' window before it launches, go to the 'Advanced' Tab, and down to 'Unlock all Factions.'
