Perhaps it's the second file that need uploading again. I already had the problem at 96% and even with the new DL of the third file I get the same message as before.

Added a small patch (1.2.01):
- Updated the 'au naturel' unit cards (those with background from screenshots)
- Added a horde target in descr_regions (the horde was simply idling around)
- Added some river crossings
- Corrected registry entry for the launcher (in preparation for the British campaign)

I have problems download third link (176Mb) from mediafire. The first two in alright, the patch no problem too.
Nevermind, i was already able to download, it looks like it was only temporary problem maybe on meiafire side. So everything downloaded now I am going to try it, i will give feedback

Congrats to Gigantus & the IB team - this mod has the cleanest install ever.
Not a single file out of the IB2 "mods" folder ! And it installs in seconds.
Very very good !
(Only pb is that horsemen still look like cubist pictures, if you know what I mean ...)

1.2 is a full version with numerous corrections of the previous releases (see the readme). You will get these corrections only if you download the full mod. I would therefore suggest to install 1.2 and 1.2.01 - once you are happy with it, uninstall your old 1.1
