question concerning "tax income" in cities
Hey everyone. Just a quick question concerning tax income.
When building a "councilors chambers" for my city, I noticed that one of the advantages is a
140% "tax income bonus". Once the structure was complete, I noticed no change in the tax revenue generated from that city. Why not? Do I need to build additional structures to get that bonus? I've been playing roma surrectum for some time, but never paid attention to the tax bonus claim when building the governor's residence.
Thanks for any feedback

You need to build other buildings. It says on the building sheet I think. It's something like if you build those structures before you get a bonus, but I'm not all that sure.
