You could resemble the Haradrim or people from Rhun or elves or anything haha.

I myself sort of resemble a Numenorean or a Noldor, I got blue eyes, im 6'1 to 6'2 feet tall and I have brown hair

Not everyone. Gondor is very large and varied. Anyway i'm more gondorian that for example Haradrim (too pale, too high), easterling (idem), rohirrim (brown hairs). Surely not elvish (bearded) nor Dwarven (too high). Maybe Dalesmen, but i don't remember their appearance.

To be honest the most fitting would be a dwarf for me. With only 1,63m I surely do not have the short stature of a dwarf but it is quite near, maybe the tallest dwarf of all . Additionaly I got very broad shoulders, a long beard and also long hair (thanks to being a metalhead ^^), my skin is also somewhat bright as you expect it from one living under the earth. I got some good sense of technic so this would fit the aspect of dwarves being good craftsmen. In the end there is also the fact of me loving gold, jewels and all kinds of metal, I also got to be honest that I can be somewhat of a mean person that sometimes looks just on its own profit .
