Whenever I assault a settlement in the campaign mode or the custom battle mode I receieve an unspecified error. I can however play regular battles in custom battle.

But as you say you cant play campaign siege battles too??? That's strange.

well in this case maybe it is enough to reinstall patch 1.4. and 1.4.1.

The TATW 1.4 patch?
I just uninstalled the entire TATW, patched kingdoms to 1.5 and then installed TATW 1.0. Then I tried to do a battle, to no avail
