    Default Musketeers for da pope

I would like to make a humble request about adding the late musketeers and the basilisk to the papacy. I've tried doing it myself, but I just can't handle that jumbled-up graphic string file, the guys appear invisible and with generic icons.

Can any kind soul help me by making these changes and uploading the files?

Idle question - does the pope (or any of the other italian states) get their dismounted men-at-arms/broken lances in campaign? If not is there a way to enable them?

Mod Workshop: where every modder starts.
    The Enemy of Human Souls
    Sat grieving at the cost of coals;
For Hell had been annexed of late,
And was a sovereign Southern State.

I just made a stunning discovery. After looking closer at the 6.3 rosters (downloaded 6.3 yday and bumped this thread without even trying it), I found that the papacy now has musketters. And they even have late musketeers on top of that too, something not many factions can brag about not sure what made the SS developers tech up the pope like that, but I aint complaining.

Buuuut now that you're here perhaps you could help me with something similar eh old chap? Please? Besides musketeers I've been looking to add some of the unique Teutonic and Crusader units to the papacy, since I'm one of those who values variation in shiny armor over historical accuracy.

Though where exactly are the BMDB and EDU files? I know I trid to mess with them a few months ago, but I cant find them again

    SS6.3\data\unit_models\battle_models.modeldb
    SS6.3\data\export_descr_unit.txt
And I think you'll also need:
    SS6.3\data\export_descr_buildings.txt
    The Enemy of Human Souls
    Sat grieving at the cost of coals;
For Hell had been annexed of late,
And was a sovereign Southern State.

here they are. I'm out for the different knight orders mainly, foot and mounted like those of crusader states and teuton ritterbruder and order spearmen. venetian archers and aventurier crossbowmen wouldn't hurt either. in other words as many as patience permits thanks in advance!

Ok i have the files now but i don't get what you want. Give me the names of the units of which factions they already they belong to and you want them in papal states right?

If so then also tell me in which buildings you want them.

yes papal states it is. They hould be in the same buildings as in their original faction. Here is a big list =D if its too many then even a few would be real nice.

    from Crusader states:
    Templar Longbowmen
    Templar crossbowmen
    Templar zweihander
    templar heavy spearmen
    Edessan guard
    Templar conferee knights
Knights of st lazarus (mounted and foot)
Knights of jerusalem (mounted and foot, should still require jerusalem)

    and french Lancers

    from Teutonic order:
    Christ knights
    Order spearmen
    Ritterbruder (mounted and foot)

Sorry i can't do it, it's a load of work.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

Here you go it's all in the attachment, Replace your EDU, EDB and BMDB file and you are all set.
I have tested them and they work ok.

Though you have to check their upgrades also in custom battle yourself i only checked the first type.
Then you have to put the unit cards and unit info yourself it's easy i tell you later but first check it.
Check them in grand campaign also and tell me if something is wrong though i doubt it.

Here is a small pic :-

tested and all works perfectly in custom battle, all models for all armor versions are there. However none of the units appear as recruitable in campaign for some reason. Might that have something to do with Real Recruitment? it's integrated in 6.3 and there seems to be no way to turn it off
