    Default Noob questions :)

hello i just playd some rounds custom battles and have to say very very beautiful.

but i cant find the recommended difficult level for the campaign. should i play BC with VH/VH or M/M? or how i want to play?

and when i play as kingdom of jerusalem i always get in the first turns in minus money (in round 6 there is -6000 and i cant do anything). doesnt matter which difficulty.
what can i do against it?

    I think try H/VH.

When you playing as KoJ you will have more army (and army upkeep) and you will have extra armies with crusades so you must use these armies (for capturing new cities) as soon as possible.

IV. Installation with the M2TW Gold Edition

Users of the M2TW Gold Edition please follow these steps to install BC correctly.
    • Install the M2TW Gold Edition with at least one Kindoms expansion and update Kingdoms to version 1.5
    • Install BC 2.0
    • Install the bc.cfg file from here.
    • Apply BC patch 2.01
    • Locate the map.rwm file in Medieval II Total War/broken_crescent/data/world/maps/base and click "compatibility files", then delete the map.rwm
    • Note: map.rwm is not locatable using any search features, you may have to do it manually.

what is bc.cfg file??? what does it do? i opened it and nothing happens...there is no installation please help!

"Install" = put it into your M2TW folder (where medieval2.exe is).

Attack attack ATTACK! Capture settlements, so you're gaining money through loot, trade, taxes etc, and you'll also be attriting your own armies which will reduce your unit upkeep.

(Caveat: I haven't yet played a campaign as KoJ but that's generally pretty good advice for any faction!!)

before knowing i should wait for advice i went ahead(i really really wanted to play bc) and put it in the

    (C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\bcconfig\english\data)

does that work? i also went ahead and installed patch 2.1 and 2.2. So far the game is working and i must say this mod rocks
