Well the game does take Liberty with allot of things like the United States sometimes coming in around 1707 or France turning into republic in the first 3 turns that I just thought that the Soviet Union could have been born in the 18th century I mean the Russian Federation was formed in 1991 so even that is less accurate.

But yeah I would have loved the Flag though. Just Imagine the Red Army marching through Europe.

Yes, but a Republic was a system of government that already existed in the world at the time. So it is conceivable in some alternate history that Russia could have gone Constitutional Monarchy or Republic. But Communist no since those ideas did not even exist until well after the period in which this game ends.

the game allows to re-create history.. in a diferent way. so can be expected to see things that never happened . the game will be boring if u could not change events at all.

Very easy. Comunism and Marxsism was not known at this time. To be honest it would be not worked in this time period, like it not worked in the 20 century.
