That's the feeling I got when I saw some of the battle environment previews on YouTube.

I have to say, it's simply incredible what you modders can do with RTW, some screenshots honestly look like where I grew up. Some of the grass has distinguishable FLOWERS, that's what I find particularly amazing.

Thanks. As I've explained elsewhere, I'm a big fan of the outdoors, and live in the UK, where I love going to places like the Lake District. The environment work has grown from being originally just a wish to sharpen things up a bit with some better ground textures and trees to a wish to recreate whole realistic environments. My favourite really is the beech/birch forest - maybe that's because I like that most in real life. It's certainly a lot of fun to fight in as you can swoop down under the tree canopy and get a real sense of immersion there.
