    Default Mongols and religion...

First off I want to say very nice mod! Now, for my questions... so I started my first campaign as the Mongols and I have the option of building a Synagogue in my home territory? At first I thought maybe it had to do with the territory and their base religion but from the settlement details it shows the population is about 95 percent pagan with a small mix of orthodox and islam... so what is up with that? My second question, is religion conversion of factions possible? If so then would it be possible for me to take the Mongols into Asia Minor and convert them to Islam? Thanks for reading this in advance.

To be able to change religions, I wish someone would mod that in too.

I don't recommend mongols as a first campaign. They're probably broken or challenging in some weird way. Because it seems some factions got made 'playable' without much thought given to actually playing them. I wouldn't recommend aztecs, papal states, and desert tribes for the same reason.

Do you mean: that some one have made it possible, but "I hope some one would customize it for DLV" or "I hope some one would invent such a feature"?
Thorolf was thus armed. Then Thorolf became so furious that he cast his shield on his back, and, grasping his halberd with both hands, bounded forward dealing cut and thrust on either side. Men sprang away from him both ways, but he slew many. Thus he cleared the way forward to earl Hring's standard, and then nothing could stop him. He slew the man who bore the earl's standard, and cut down the standard-pole. After that he lunged with his halberd at the earl's breast, driving it right through mail and body, so that it came out at the shoulders; and he lifted him up on the halberd over his head, and planted the butt-end in the ground. There on the weapon the earl breathed out his life in sight of all, both friends and foes. [...] 53, Egil's Saga
I must tell you here of some amusing tricks the Comte d'Eu played on us. I had made a sort of house for myself in which my knights and I used to eat, sitting so as to get the light from the door, which, as it happened, faced the Comte d'Eu's quarters. The count, who was a very ingenious fellow, had rigged up a miniature ballistic machine with which he could throw stones into my tent. He would watch us as we were having our meal, adjust his machine to suit the length of our table, and then let fly at us, breaking our pots and glasses.

Thanks for the advice Taiji though I have not found any game breaking problems with the Mongols other then the fact that the nobles give me way to much money... last gift from the nobles was 20k and I only have three cities and one castle which made my war chest well over 70k. I finally was able to upgrade my castle so I can make my much needed HA's... now I have two stacks of them. The decision now is either to head south and show the Caliph in all his "highness" the error of his greed or head west and bring Cossacks under a yolk. I think I shall pay the Caliph a visit... surely I will be welcomed.

I'm not sure why the Mongols, Desert Tribes, Aztecs or Papal States are even selectable...the screen would probably crash less if they were taken off it.

    Maybe that's a good point
A mini-mod is never late! Nor is it ever early. It arrives precisely when I mean it to do!

If we want more stability in the campaign selection screen we lose the history campaign and revert to an mtw2.int based on mtw2 rather than the kingdoms one.

That gives us up to 6 clicks, and it gets my vote.

Or the Eras method. 10 campaigns, but completly unlimited with clicks.
