I bought RTW alexander then this happened:

"Your temporary key has expired. If you believe this message is in error, please contact the program's author."

So, what, I DID NOT ever had to enter any temp key nor did I ever play a trial version of RTW Alexander.

Do you still have your email receipt?

For one you will need it as proof to their support forum to explain the mistake, and two you will need it take the matter up with Sega support if dealing with Gamespot does not resolve the matter.
