Maybe someone could help me understand why me or my friend can't join a game when one of us is hosting? We have the same files and patches and all but, Still we see No response from host.

Chances are very good that it's not a problem with your game, it's a problem with your LAN or WAN connection.

Which one is it? are you trying to connect over LAN in the same house, or are you connecting over the WAN (internet), in separate locations?

Well I have my ports forwarded and everything else. I used Hamachi and can connect over that fine so I'm just going to put it down to CA lol.

OK, but you should always try rebooting your modem/router.... it's pretty easy, just unplug it for two to five minutes, then plug it in again. Also, make sure that whatever version of firewall you have is properly configured to let ETW through.

Hamachi in my opinion is the only real soloution, me and a friend were trying to get a game just using the game's sofware and we must of tried 100's of times over the months to no avail, we both downloaded hamachi and set up a secure p2p link then started the game up with hamachi in the background and got into a game on the first try.
SORTED!
