What's the conditions to win? Eliminate all?

Hi, guys, I am playing Red Roman (the 1st family of Rome). And what's the condition to win?

Eliminates other two families, and have at least 50 cities?

or just conquer the city Rome, with 50 cities?

(P.S: I didn't choose quick victory)

As Julli you need to capture 50 cities and Rome (the city) in order to achieve the goal. There is no need to kill the other two roman factions.
You can also choose to continue playing after you achieve this, and attempt to take control of the entire map

Not only the roman factions to be correct. All faction (barbarians, parthians, egypt, ...) have the same long campaign goal of 50 provinces including the city of Rome.

If you click on your faction symbol on the bottom right of the campaign map screen there is a tab which will also tell you about your victory conditions.

Only done the long campaign once. Never finished that. Only finished the short one twice with Britain and Gaul. I either get bored or cant beat the brutii/whoever has greece
