    I may be missing something but can't just imperial factions be merged into one? That way there is room for more factions and you can make faction specific units AOR units. You don't lose anything. It's the teams call however.

    What makes Empire special, it is they're variety, many counties under the rule of emperor. I absolutely vote No for uniting them into one.

    maybe and idea would be to merge some of the Empire factons, Rikland-Wissenland, Stirland-Averland, Talabecland-Hochland and so on
    and then if i play as Averland-Stirland and lost Averheim then i wouldn't be able to recruit Averland hevy helebardirs and vise versa if i lost Wurtbad i wouldn't be able to recuit stir river patrol

    Great job on the new map,can't wait to play on it,the only little concern for me is the huge disparity between dark elves and high elves,the seconds seems to get like three times the provincies of the dark elves...wouldn't it make huge gap between the two?
    Anyway,the work on it looks great.

    I agree, there are way too many empire factions, in my opinion there should only be a few 'big' factions, Middenheim, Altdorf and some other faction, then the rest of the empire could be rebel or and when u take an area, u get special units. And why is the empire the only one with mercenary/named regiemnts? where are mengils manflayers or bugmans dwarves? just my thoughts but i certainly agree, empire should be trimmed down a bit so that a bigger world can be created (tombkings, araby, lizardmen, brettonia, tilea, etc)

    There are already rebels areas and it already seems that the Empire is in civil war!
