Windows 7 :wub:ing me again

So some of you may remember that some time ago W7 would up stuff and wouldn't run programs. Well, reboot worked and for a week or two I didn't have any problems, but now she's back for more, and windows explorer keeps crashing. Navigating through folders is a pain.

Ideas?

Corrupted install. Virus. Bad Power Supply Unit; oh yes generic ones are known to cause stability issues.
