Few Hosted Battles!

Hi,i am obsessed about this thing

Why are so few Hosted Battles in the Battle list and no Hosted Campaigns??

Please tell me.Why?

Because Multiplayer Campaign isn't what it was cracked up to be, nor will it ever be possible without taking insane hours out of a person's life. I stopped playing it just after a few days, never could get people I first played with to play with me again to finish a campaign either, even friends.

1. Almost all MP players moved to Napoleon. Nowadays, if I start Empire, I get three Steam messages asking if I misclicked.
2. What is your Steam download region? There are (used to?) be a reasonable amount of games in Europe and North America (don't know about MPC though).

I feel sorry Empire has died over Napoleon, so many fond memories

Just did my first ETW game in a long time. It's nice to have so many options in army selection. Also seemingly less connection issues than NTW :S

Well I thought he ment normal MP, not Multiplayer Campaign, the map doesn't matter in normal Multiplayer just MP Campaign, which is what I was refering to. So I went to another reason I do not like NTW.

Completely understandable. Except I however like the 19th Century French Uniforms.

Understandable, yes... the thread title "Hosted Battles" was as easy to miss as it was to ignore.

Perhaps people are sick of NTW? I refuse to buy it as I want a world map not a Euro/North African map.

What kind of reason would that be, that doesn't apply in multiplayer...

Yes it does. Getting sick of the 19th Century Uniforms would be a good enough reason for me to go back to ETW, if I owned NTW. I oddly just do not like 19th Century Europian uniform designs. It's too flashy and colorful and remains so until the late 1800s and ealry 1900s.
