Siege, Unit icons!

I have two problems with this game:

1.
Very often, when I am in a siege battle(sieging og beeing sieged) the game crash in the middle of the battle... almost every time it crashes halfway through the battle. ( yeah i know siege battles are really bugged, but i think it would be smart to mention it anyways)

2.
I can see other factions units when i click on their navy or army(not using a spy). I can see what units they have, but not numbers... the bug is: am i supposed to see their unit card? ( If i win a naval battle, and can add captured ships to my navy, i cant see the captured ships unit. Then they becom the "gray face" that it is supposed to be when i click on an another faction army or navy)

heat, have you checked the temps of your pc? speedfan for the cpu, and rivatuner for the green and msi afterburner for the red.

verify the integrity of the game.

have you installed any mods?
