Hi there.
That means that you do not have the correct version of Rome TW. It must be either Gold Edition or patch 1.6 to make Alexander work.

Are you sure that you are running the most up-to-date patch? In some of the older Gold versions BI ended up being the old 1.4 and you had to patch it to 1.6 yourself.
