    Default DLV 6.2 vs. Europa

I downloaded DLV 6.2 a couple days ago and I absolutely love it! It's incredibly challenging, but overall its amazing. I'm currently downloading Europa, and have a few quick questions.

I think the creator of Europa said that its based off of DLV 5.3. Do I need a separate, older version of DLV for this to work?

Like I said I downloaded 6.2 just a couple days ago and am pretty new to DLV. How different is 5.3 from 6.2? Any major differences that'll throw me off while playing Europa?

Is there a guide or manual to either Europa or DLV 5.3 so I can get familiar with the game before I start?

OK, Europa is all downloaded, no problems there. I do have one more specific question now...

When a character comes of age, how do I get him a governor's education? (non-military education?) His movement points are very low, my capital is a castle, and he can't make it to the nearest city in one turn. If he ends a turn outside of a city, doesn't that mean his "career path" is a general's?

DLV Europa is a standalone modification. You don't need any version of DLV to run it. All you need is the Europa files and M2:TW.

The character education path (military or civil) doesn't start until he ends the turn in a castle or city so if he ends the turn in the countryside it'll just say he's skipped school for one term. You still have the option of setting him on the path of your choosing.
