Default How to try getting something similar?

Its the picture of the person as brutii taking the greek and macedon area.
I was wondering what are the best ways of ensuring that ALL of your towns/cities make profit. I try to keep taxes so happiness is around the 80-100% level but even then some towns are constantly losing money. Ive tried low tax rate with minimal garrison, and vice versa. I build all happiness/economic buildings first then military ones if needed. In my game, Pergamum, Ancyra and Rhodes are just about im my control with low tax rates and daily games.
Anyone know some good tactics for all towns to make money?

    - Less armies
    - More economic structures
    - More traderouts (land and sea)
    - More trade rights with other factions
    - More public order -> more tax
    - Higher ports and roadlevels

Things such as these give a boost to your economy, if you've nothing you want to build anymore in that town/city make sure it grows.

It's ok if the income of your towns is negative...keep less armies and build less. If you stop building at all you would have something similar like that guys, although I don't advise it. Just don't care what happens...make sure that you always have more money than you can spend and you won't have to worry about what the readings of the towns say.

Indeed, you need to focus on the total income of your empire in finances (Hotkey F) if the following turn has a negative income, you need to disband some armies and build economic structures, some cities have full stack in them, and have a negative income, but -500 can be compensated with 500 or more. Make sure your total income is positive, cities don't really matter, but they can be a scream for economic help there (which means there can be more economic structures built there).
