Only song that really made me cry, and It was because I listened to it right after a huge fight with my girlfriend over a stupid issue.
Under the Patronage of Maximinus Thrax
I've never cried from a song, but this is the closest I've ever come. Such a heart wrenching song.
Oh, and of course Maggot Brain. How could I forget

Didn't make me actually cry cry, but brought tears to my eyes. After 1:28 it just gets perfect in my opinion.
Forget the Cod this man needs a Sturgeon!
well, i was watching a show about the edmund fitzgerald on discovery channel and i was not really moved by the whole thing until right at the end they were having the annual memorial ceremony or something, and as the bell was being told for each of the crewmen the song started coming in and it ended right as the credits were running, i found myself overcome suddenly with emotion... lol
I don't think a song have made me come close to crying, but the saddest, most despairing piece of music I know of is Shostakovich Symphony No. 5, mov. 3 - Largo.
You should all listen to it; it has not made me cry, but it has given me goosebumps! Magnifique!

I don't cry evar!!1 I'm a man and men don't cry! Everyone pay attention to me!!!11
Honestly, why bother posting in a thread entitled 'Have you cried from x or y' then. No one cares.
Anyways, the closest I've come to shedding a tear was listening through the album "Radio Swan is Down" by a group named Laura. I got chills listening to this song in particular:
I believe there is music out there I've yet to stumble upon that will trigger a stronger emotional response.
Hilariously enough,
But that was a long time ago when I was still a girl.
Into the west made me choke. Say it right by Nelly Furtado left me ineffective for a couple of days, but it more the context and who sent it than the song itself.

Mr Tambourine Man ... doesn't really make me tear but a nice soothing song that makes ya wonder what-ever happened to the simple music
- Cussa
A few songs will make me extremely depressed whenever they're played, but it's not so much the songs themselves that sadden me, it's more the history and the baggage attached to these songs from... sigh, prior events, that make me unable to listen to them without becoming sad.
Oddly after seeing the TV show this song aired on I can never feel happy when listening to it, its simple enough I can play it in the head and it always makes my eyes water.
Lets not forget Tennessee by Hans Zimmer
