Making my own nation.

Im making my own nation but I cant seem to place them in a spefic region where I wont have to MOD to many provinces and still see a good amount of action I,ve come up with 4 possible locations
1: Northern Saudi Arabia the area around Iraq modern day Palestine etc, Sense the Italians always whip the British

and maybe I;ll get to fight the Russians if they defeat the Persians.
2. New Zealand a vicious naval and air war as I attempt to land troops in Australia.
3. somewhere in-between Peru and Brazil to fight a bloody battle with the south American nations and hopefully ally with Argentina for some help.
4. The Caribbean for an intense naval war with the U.S,Mexico and the United kingdom for control of central America and eventually All of North America.

So which one? and Im going to mod the game to make any of the fictional nations an industiral superpower so troops and armies wont be a problem.
