Default Experienced modeler and skinner needed at small projects!!

    hello people of the community

The Small Projects Mods is a recently started mod team which tries to make many small projects which can be played stand alone or could be implemented by the major mods if they wish.

Since we still lack some skills I came to the idea to just ask the people inside the community to join us.. the advantage of working on small projects is that you can do pretty much whatever you would like to do and it will be done much faster then a major mod.. you could also try and learn (new) skills while working in this team.. We don't have timeframes or many people waiting on the next release so the work is pretty much in your own speed.

Everybody is welcome as long as you try to contribute stuff.. although we are currently making progress it can't hurt to have some more hands on deck

If you can or want to do:

    coding
    skinning
    moddeling

    join us

    welcome Beorn of Carrock

well what would you like to do then? at the moment we have quite a few projects which you could work on.. If you like you could check the EV section of small projects, i think this might suit you there is also a text file in the thread which needs to be readed for errors and changes soon we will start on unique buildings and many more descriptions are needed.

if you have any ideas for the SP-mods you can just post them there and maybe we can work on these to if they are good

I'll will put you down as a teammember glad to have you on our side

your help would be greatly appreciated, most of the members don't have much time so i don't mind about timeframes or anything just choose one of the video subjects you like and work on it whenever you want can i count you in?

    2d art
    coding
    lore research
    description writing
    advising
    make up ideas
    test and give opinions
    check for spelling

These are the ones I could do, though I don't have a lot of spare time. With some smaller things I could help though.

If you people would like it my new faction symbols could be implemented, that would be another "small" project finished.

i'll add you to the team el cid we could give youré faction symbols a release in the small projects thread i have to say though that small projects also has it's own fatction symbol project underway.. but it might be a nice idea to make 2 different packages.. your's all have the same way of creation (opmaak) the ones i made are all different in sizes and shapes however.. maybe it's a nice idea for you to be busy in this section of the small projects mod for now, what do you think? you already have quite some experience in this field

Well I figured since there hasn't been any progress made for a long time the faction symbol section of small projects had died.

    Still ok though.

    However, once jan is done...

Sneak preview (don't know whether jan approves though)

nice wel it didn't died but our two faction symbol projects are quite different from eachother so they could be combined if you like..

i just didn't had much time to work on them since i've been occupied with the events part of SP-mods that's why we are currently trying to recruit some more part time/ fulltime help.. there are quite a few plans but quite limited resources / experience

Your English is pretty good. Use the forum spell checker to improve spelling (this goes for everyone), it underlies the wrongly spelled words with a red line and makes suggestions on the correct spelling. Just be careful because it doesn't recognize some of the less commonly used constructions (like "recruitable") and reports them as mistakes even though they're not. It also only recognizes American spelling while British gets reported as a mistake. This only goes for spelling variations, not words themselves so "armour" (as opposed to armor) will be reported as wrong spelling while words like lorry, bloke or bollocks pass just fine.

Nevertheless the spell checker is great for non native speakers and filters out things like usualy vs. usually just fine so use it.

You had very few mistakes which were, I believe, typos rather than the result of lacking knowledge but keep more of an eye on capital letters (again more of a simple oversight).

Thanks for the help Jean, never heard about the spell checker before it is really useful.
I think it would be the time to give you some rep but i don't know how to do that yet.
