you need to explain your mod concept more in depth not just give a refferance to others peoples work and you haven`t even given a link to that writing. I personally am unfamiliar with "The Westlands Cycle series by Katharine Kerr " and you have written nothing to inspire me too do independant research, until you present a clear and focused mod vision!~ unfortunatly this is just another vanilla clone with a fantasy motif! give us something meaty!
I dont know if you can use Casus Belli name, considering it's already been used by: Casus Belli
Yeah I saw that, so I changed it to Casus Belli; The Island King. Casus Belli is latin and basically means justification for war. So an English version would perhaps be Justification for War; The Island King. I don't think it will ever be confused with the Rome Casus Belli to be honest. And they don't even seem to be doing anything for Medieval II: Kingdoms.

The Westlands Cycle is a series of books, all fantasy. The theme I'm taking from it is that every area has it's own smaller king, but there's one High King who they all pay tribute to. There's war going on between the smaller kings. This will be very similar to that. I am going to explain it much more later on as all I've done in this thread now is making a structure for myself to add information into. More will come
