I like to change the rosta of the troops in my armoury etc and have usually done this by going in to the export_descr_buildings file. When I have changed the troops I save and then start a new game and then they show up in the citadel armoury. However after loading patch 4.2 I am unable to do this? Can someone help me to be able to edit the troop selection in each type of barracks?
