mercenaries- idea is that they are a common sight in any army. they will be used more often that in vanilla mtw2.
bulgaria vs wallachia
boyeri and other plate armor cavalry units give advantage to wallachia in terms of stronger cavalry charge, but they cost more.
we will know more after we properly test those factions in game. until then it is just a speculation.
Nice but keep the upkeep at normal levels, the recruting price and the negative effects of the buildings should be enough.
I was speaking about units that can absorb the charge and while Wallachia might be a bit better at cavalry charges it's inferior at absorbing them due to lack of spearmen.bulgaria vs wallachia

I don't think that works against cavalry.
ohhh it does
Also, it's good for a faction to have certain weaknesses and strengths. For Wallachia a strength would be the many types of ranged units and possibly as a weakness a lack of heavy spearman.
Agree, if you make everybody strong in everything, you would get same boring battles with every faction. It is more interesting to do a little better against some factions and work a little harder against some other faction.
Kosovo is Serbia! If you don't believe me, read a book.
well Wallachian units with great attack and not that great defence is a good plan because Wallachian Vojvods used surprise attacks and ambushed the enemy troops in forrests and hills. They used the terrain in their advantage and destroyed much more numerous armies because of the tactics they applied and because of the loyalty of their soldiers. So shock troops for Wallachia is a good decision!
why do they look serbian with eagle and colurs?

Awesome looking horses, so much better than the vanilla ones!
Not sure about the colours (blue and yellow were the traditional colours of Wallachia, red is usually associated with Moldiavia), but the eagle is definetly a traditional Wallachian eagle.
A few variations of the eagle exist:

No not that eagle. I meant the one the shield. ANd now i just relaized its single headed eagle. Me and my eyes dohhh!!
Ah, hadn't even noticed the one on the shield. Not sure bout that one, it does seem to be one headed though (I agree it woudn't be a Wallachian eagle if it had 2 heads), might just be a different version of the one on the flag![]()
