HELP again

I need help installing pak extracter. I saved the download and opened through winzip because when I tried to open after installing win zip couldn't open. So I checked a tutorial to see what to do now and the tutorial is for windows XP. I need one for wondows vista!

you need to extract the files to the packs folder of your RTW, and then execute the .bat

man, it's a matter of doing what i've said: find your RTW folder, enter the data/packs folder and put the extracted files within it. Execute the .bat file and wait for it to extract. Good, you have unpacked the files...
