question about house rules

in te rules stand that there can only be 28 legions but do you need to count auxilliary legions with it ?
i just have to much money and i need to spend it at something

There are 28 cities that can recruit named legions, and you should only keep 1 named legion for each of those cities. But then each named legion should have an auxilliary legion attached to it in order to replenish losses taken within the 20 turns that you shouldn't retrain it. You can also keep imitation legions where they are recruitable after you have the reforms. A good way to tie up money and avoid corruption and discontent is to build a large navy. When you need money again, disband a few ships.

You don't need to count the Auxilliary legions, you can recruit as many of them as you like.

why then not build extra auxiliaries instead of ships because i only use ships for transport nothing else
also can i post auxiliarie legions at the borders withouth the real named ones

for the reforms you need to have all cartagos starting lands and build on al of them an inperial palace
and you cant cheat

3 question i suggest that you only attak them with inperials i did it with repulbik and it was hard really hard

To provide you some good resistance. I suggest you use your Republicans to conquer Gaul, parts of Germania and Azia minor to get some good experience before sending them battle against SPQR.
