Default Adobe Premiere Pro Twin CPU?

Will having a twin CPU motherboard with two Quad Cores make a difference to Adobe Premiere Pro instead of a single quad core?

I have a guy wanting to buy a computer that produces DVDs. He wants to know if it will make a difference. Even though I can't find where to buy a twin-cpu mobo

If he's just making DVDs, then I can't see how it would make a difference. If he were editing movies and such though, I'd say it could make a difference. Not sure if it would be noticeable, probably best to go with an i7 930 and overclock.

He's editing movies and all that crap. I said to get a 930 as well but he wants to know if it will make a large difference in rendering time and so on. I didn't think it would be very noticable but I thought I'd check
