    Default Where to trigger imperial reforms?

    I noticed that i can build barracks where it says in the description that they will trigger Marian Reform.
    Second, what will trigger the Imperial reform, just so i dont trigger too early.

    building a imperial palace in mediolanium, patavium (? not sure), Rome, Carthage, Byzantium, Tarentum.

    I've found the quickest way is to build it in Tarentum! You can have them fairly early in the game if you want to, if you take the city in the first couple of turns that is.
