I always enjoyed the music in the backround when you play medieval total war, or in the case of SS, when playing the italian factions. Can anybody help me find music similar to that kind of music? Wonderful, instrumental music?

Check out Robert Euvino. He did the soundtracks for the Stronghold series. It's not the gothic-type of medieval music, like that which Jeff Van Dyck composed forMedieval and Medieval II, but more of the countryside type of medieval music. The compositions are a bit more complex than in Medieval and Medieval II, and are so beautiful. I have honestly fallen asleep to this one on more than one occassion... only to awake to my castle in flames due to an enemy siege ahaha!!!

Knights Of Honor has a very good score, as well! The main theme is great! It has a SIMILAR feel to that of Stronghold, but it has more of a Gaelic feel in many of the songs, while Stronghold has a much more English medieval sound.
