no tax increase from toll roads

Building that improve the tax income like toll roads in there description, dont give a tax increase.

Actually not, I have the same problem.
After some research it appears that the command you use in buildings displays correctly the tax boni/mali but doesn't work at all.

I somewhat fixed that by tweaking trade boni and replacing taxe income boni by income boni.

It has been a while, so my memory is foggy on this. I thought there was some discussion of a cap on the maximum bonus you can grant this way. This may have something to do with it.
