Can you have all factions in RTW with BI installed?

I like going back and forth between then games, but I haven't been able to find a way to have every faction in Rome Total War 1.5 unlocked while having Barbarian Invasion installed. Is there anyway to do this? I'd like to have every faction unlocked in both games, but as far as I know there is no way to do this.

I'm sorry if there's already been a topic on this, but I'm new to the forums and after searching through a few pages, I gave up :[

barbarian invasion will not affect the normal rome at all. All of the factions arent unlockable unless you edit a file anyway.

You can edit desc_strat for both of them to have all factions unlocked.

However, beware: You can't play as the SPQR or Rebels, or your game will most likely crash.

Rebels are totally playable in RTW vanilla with an editted desc_strat. SPQR is buggy though.

Oh and in BI don't play with the emerging factions Ex. WRE Rebels, ERE Rebels , Romano British, Slaves , Ostrogoth, cause it will be buggy.

Im pretty sure you eathier get CTD or it freezes or something since your faction wont actually be there when the game starts.

It kinda freezes and your mouse dissapears and you have to press esc for it to reaapear. Well atleast for me.

The SPQR is (somewhat) playable,but you can't build temples,and you can't press the senate tab,or you'll get a CTD.
