Eastern european city/castle models

Isnt the eastern european castle/city models used? Factions like Poland, Lithuania, Novgorod and so on have eastern european strat models, but north european city/castle layout when in battle. Thats the case in my game at least Is this a bug or something?

Eastern european cities & castles never had any separate battle models or layouts. CA never made any.

What about those castles in Teutonic campaign? I remember them being brown and little bit different from other, or is it impossible to change them?
