With the fall of the Celtic Tiger in Ireland. We have no money to are name.
added with this crime is going up with more young gangs etc, but there not who am trying to hang. its the peolpe that keep raping keep going after the little ones and keep killing.

Ireland sends peolpe to prison for 2-15 years with them back on the streets doing it again and am sick of it. we don't have the money to keep them locked up and if they can not be rehabilitated, Hang em.

prison cost to much money to run, (they do not rehabilitated anyone) and sould be updated.

also It says in the Irish constitution that the death penalty can never be reintroduced even in time of war or emergency.
(can I have more info on that and also is there anyway to getting rid of it

)

Pierrepoint killed a man in '54, it was a theatrical and brutal finale to a theatircal and brutal time, I don't think we'd want to see those times again.

ing money man. Lose the bars and stripey holes, fill them with the abuse they placed on others, ironic punishments, that's what I want man. Rapists get buggered, thieves have to pay back money earned with pointless manual labour............man.

Lol, what about people that live within the pale? It is massively ironic (possibly) that you mentioned the Pale in a conversation about Ireland and crime, considering 75% of crimes in Ireland are commited within the traditional borders of the Pale.

The noose needs to be re-introduced across the Western world. Some people are beyond the pale, and mercy would be putting them down like rabid dogs.

thats all great till human rights, came in kicking the door. am not looking to put pain on to them, am trying to stop them from doing it again and again.

Individual criminals will do it again and again, there's very little we can do about that in the immediate future. The tighter we grip the public, the more people will want to wriggle free.

It's not about teaching the criminals: they're sick and often incurable, it's about teaching society how to live together.

You'll probably need to leave the EU before you can start repealing any domestic ban on capital punishment.

Yeah, child rapers never get punished enough seems retarded to make them only do 5 years after committing one of the most appalling crimes imaginable. Castration would ensure they don't do it again..

I'm all up for labour camps or something rather than capital punishment, seems a shame to waste such a potential free workforce.

well I don't mind if there being used as a slave worker for the rest of there life. I just don't like that these peolpe are a danger and notting is being done about it.

We all shall let the private sector handle the prision problem. they will now what is mor profitable, charging tikets to public executions, sientific experiments, forced labor, let investors decide. if it is a good busines they will have a powerful loby and laws will change to adapt them (allow capital punisment).
