Install problem

every time i try to install i get te message that i don't have the right versions of rome and bi, 1.5 and 1.6. but with the gold edition you have these patches standard. what should I do ignore the message?

You`re using the mod switch version of rtrpe? Iirc there was an issue reported along these lines where for some users it would say the game is not the right version even though it was. I forgot what exactly was fooling the installer and I don`t know if the problem persists for the latest version of rtrpe, but if it lets you install it and you`re able to play the game then you`re probably fine. If the game isn`t the right version you`ll get a message asking you to select an item from the list(or something like this) when you try to start a new campaign(with the implication that you`ll not be able to start the campaign).
