Default The game keeps crashing in 218 BC

I've found a thread about this problem, but I didn't find a solution. Someone said it's because of something related to elephants, Carthage and "resource files" if I remember correct.

I don't have any other mods than RTR Platinum installed, I'm playing as Rome, I've invaded and conquered the Carthaginian capital from Sicily, and took two other cities from them, Last saved game is in winter of 219 BC, the Carthaginians will counterattack in 218 BC, but once the battle is over and Carthage is finishing up their turn, the game crashes.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Do you have the fix installed?

I'm not sure, because I don't know about any fix. Could you enlighten me about it, please?

    I meant this one:

It`s pinned in the main RTRPE sub-forum.
