How to change morale for all units plz help!

Okay i'm one of those guys that did enjoy changing the morale in past TW war games where enemy or even my troops did not retreat but stood for almost a entire fight so i just want to know how i can change the morale so both mine and enemy troops stick out for entire fire fight! plz someone help by giving me detail or directing me on how i can fix my situation please as game play for Empire TW would be so much better for me..... i would greatly appreciate it!

In the DB files there's an entry called "unit_stats_land_tables\unit_stats_land" where one of the columns is named "Morale". The values in these columns are editable with the DB Editor. Use this program to create a mod containing the file in question with the changes you want, and then use the Mod Manager or a command line containing the name of that mod (written in a special way) in the user.empire_script file to launch the mod.

I must give credit where its due and you Demokritos deserve it. At first i was skeptical on your advice being that i had no clue to what you were talking about on about everything when i read your reply on saturday afternoon but coming back and forth to the computer to figuring out DB files and startpos file and to downloading all necessary tools to mod files i came across ways to also enlarge army, one base turn for techs and so on making ETW even more fun as its a new game all over again to me...despite all the criticism over the bugs this game has received and unforgiving Steam jumping on board i look forward to every Total war game as the pros outweigh the cons. I know i got off topic sort of here so yes Demokritos following your instructions allowed me to change morale and finally see almost every man die before running the field of battle lol... i was going with the thinking before your reply that no one was going to know or even if it was possible to alter the morale. Again Thanks.
