Fast Questins - Novgorod VS Kiev

Hello!
Im playing with SS and RC/RRC.

I'm planning to start a new campaign and I want to chose from the 2 Russian factions.

Can U tell me Pros and Cons about them?
I mean which is the better in late game?

I tryied to compare Cammel Gunners vs Cossack musketers, but the cossack musketer's texture was bugged, it was only a kind of transparent thing on the horse : \ (btw cammel gunners won) What could I do to fix that bug?

Are there any other capable or reliable gunpowder units in those factions? And also do they have "the best" unit in his category? I mean eg the best heavy cavarly or best infantry in one of the russian faction? (eg I found that janissay musketer is hte best gunpowder unit)

In custom battle u can't chose eg: Shamdom of Kwarezman. Does the shamdom of kwarez have gunpowder units?
Do they have capable units in late game?
