I got a town from the julli and i have to return it, i wanted to trigger civil war but instead they said if i didn't mine secrect will be exposerd.

But nothing negative happened when the mission failed

It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the Civil War. IIRC, the "Exposed Secret" threat leads (eventually) to either an Influence hit or reduced chances to getting an Office Seat.

Indeed...keep track of your governors...if they become too bad or rotten make them generals, but if generals become like that make them governors .

Me to, but i did this one to trigger civil war cause i had a army of princips,roman archers and 3 generals all with 2 chevrons ready at capua lol
