winddows return (not crashing)

I have windows vista
And the game return very often unto windows, like if I was making alt-tab, but it doesn't crash ... I can return to the game without problem

But actually, it waste a little bit the fun ... turning back on windows 5 times/battle is very disturbing

also :
Is that normal that Indian general (faction leader) cost more than 2500/turn ... I mean ... only at the begining, you have more than 5000/turn to spend only for your two generals ... you need to conquer more than 2 cities/general (without taking into account all other costs), this is not normal

About returning to desktop - I'be never heard about such issue. I have no idea what could be the cause of this.

If it comes to the upkeep cost of Indian general - it's intended to be so, but most likely it will be changed.
