Export Descr Characters Trait game initialization crash

• Name of your issue (Don't be creative - be specific!) - Game Initialization CTD due to Export_Descr_Characters_Trait.txt
• Is CTD repeatable? (Try to run the saved game, several times to try to repeat the issue) - Yes
• Did CTD occur during the a) year turn b) Strategy map activates c) Battle map activates d) can't start the game - Can't start the game. I double click the warhammer.bat file and the game crahses before loading the splash screen. I don't even see the logos for the various companies.
• What is you operating system - Windows Vista 32 bit Home Premium
• What language version of the game do you have? - English
• What year are you playing when CTD occurred? - None, game crashes before the main executable launches.
• What faction do you play? - Many, but when the issue first showed up I believe it was Hochland.
• What faction is creating the CTD (if known, leave speculations to your comments) - I don't know, last one played when it was playable was Hochland.
• Briefly describe the issue and add comments. (Be specific and detailed!): When I double click the bat file to launch the mod the game crashes before loading the logo screens, it states it was due to a unspecified error.

Open text/export_vnvs.txt, and go to the bottom, and enter the following
