BI and Alexander Work but RTW doesn't?

I have downloaded RTW and other add-ons. Now it is patched to v1.5. I can play BI and Alexander but when I try to start a campaign with RTW, it just crashes and sends me to desktop. I don't understand the problem, so please help me about what I should do. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Did it work before the 1.5 patch? Have you installed any mods? Have you put the -show_err in the target line to see if there is an error message?

I just downloaded it and found the problem. Some months ago, I had installed EB and I think it left a map.rmw file in the folder.I found the file by chance and deleted it and the game works now.Thanks for your interest.

Deleting that file is one way to fix some problems. Congratulations and enjoy the game. Closed.
