FOE Force Diplomacy Addon

I made a force diplomacy addon, so those that are frustrated by the AI being plain stupid can at least make the AI declare a ceasefire now. You generally need to give them 100 denari first, though, and they won't give you something they can't give.

Edit: Forgot installation instructions

Extract this file using WinRAR or WinZIP (freely downloadable from the internet) or other like software. Then copy the data folder inside here over [RTW Directory]/FOE/Data. It should be up and running then. To use it, attempt to make a diplomatic offer, but hit the "?" in the top right corner to run the script (after hitting "show me" on the advisor).

Ahhh ok. So before I finalize/make the offer, I hit that little question mark at the top right of the diplomacy screen. Then I make the offer, possibly with 100 ducats, and we're rollin?

I don't get it. It doesn't work for me. I extracted the folder, merged it, all that good stuff.

I go ask the Celtiberians for peace. Before I make the offer, I hit the "?" at the top right. Then I propose ceasefire, 1000 ducats, and they decline. =/

Here's the directions

1. Press Esc
2. Go to Game Options
3. Check the "Reset Advisor" box
4. Return to the campaign map.
5. Use a diplomat to engage in diplomatic relations with another faction (that sounds a little dirty...)
6. Click the "?" in the top right hand corner of the diplomacy window
7. The advisor pops up. Follow the instructions by clicking "show me"
8. Click the advisor's face to make it go away.
9. Select the offers/demands you wish to make.
10. Make the offer/demand. The AI will (grudgingly) accept them...if it has the ability to do so.

This only works for one offer or set of offers, so you must repeat this process every time that you would like to force the AI to accept an offer/demand.

Thanks for the directions, but...I have no "show me" button as far as I can tell. Isn't it supposed to be next to the advisor in the top left? There's nothing there except an "X" to dismiss her and the button that decides the combination of text/speech.

What does the advisor say? It should say something about force diplomacy.

but I still don't have a 'show me' button. Where did that go?

Did you install it correctly (ie in [RTW Directory]/FOE/Data on top of the data file)? Did it ask you to overwrite any files?

Also, has anyone else got this to work?
