Agents unit cards are blurry

Does anyone else have this problem?

General cards look great.

All unit cards look great.

BUT

Agent unit cards look all blurry and pixelated...

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY!?

I took apart the packs and looked at them manually... The cards look great and sharp in the core files but in-game they get all pixelated. They have always been that way now that I think about it.

Does anyone else have this issue?

It seems to only be with agent unit cards...

I also wanna add that RTW is patched to 1.5 and I have updated the drivers of my X1950 GT often.

I think ive had this problem for years ive just never said anything.
